NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS

ON ELECTRONIC LITIGATION PORTAL

Pursuant to Rule 3(3) of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Electronic Litigation Filing and Service Procedure) Rules, Statutory Rules and Orders No. 6 of 2020, Her Ladyship, The Honourable Dame Janice M. Pereira, DBE, Chief Justice, has directed that the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (Electronic Litigation Filing and Service Procedure) Rules will apply to new proceedings filed in the Civil Division of the High Court and in the Court of Appeal in the Territory of Montserrat from 2^nd March, 2020.
