NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SITTING FOR COURT OF APPEAL

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 5[1] of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1968, Her Ladyship, the Hon. Dame Janice M. Pereira, DBE, LL.D, Chief Justice, has directed that the sitting of the Court of Appeal for Antigua and Barbuda scheduled for Monday 24th October 2022 to Friday, 28th October, 2022 has been changed to Monday 17th October 2022 to Friday, 21st October, 2022.
