JLSC Appointments

The Judicial and Legal Services Commission advises of the following appointments:

[1]   The appointment of Her Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Esco Henry, High Court Judge to act as Justice of Appeal, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 9^th to 13^th May 2022, for the purpose of the Court of Appeal sitting for the Territory of the Virgin Islands.

[2]   The appointment of His Lordship, the Hon. Justice Trevor Ward, High Court Judge to act as Justice of Appeal, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 9^th to 13^th May 2022, for the purpose of the Court of Appeal sitting for the Territory of the Virgin Islands.

[3]   The appointment of Mr. Godfrey Smith, SC to act as Justice of Appeal, Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the period 9^th to 13^th May 2022, for the purpose of the Court of Appeal sitting for the Territory of the Virgin Islands.
