The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) collaborated with the Government of Grenada, the Judicial Reform and Institutional Strengthening (JURIST) Project to embark upon a delay and backlog reduction project for the Supreme Court of Grenada.
The Secretariat for Legal Affairs of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Judicial Education Institute (JEI) of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) co-hosted the Fourth High Level Meeting on the ‘Role of the Judiciary in International Commercial Arbitration’.
The Judges Retreat was held on Wednesday July 30th, to Friday August 1st, 2014 at the CuisinArt Beach Resort and Spa in Anguilla. This is the first time the ECSC held a retreat for judges.

The JEI hosted a comprehensive Orientation Programme for newly appointed Judicial Officers in Saint Lucia from 20th to 24th February2017, at the Coco Palm Resort. Over 13 newly appointed judicial officers were trained.
The CJEI Intensive study Programme is a three-week training programme for judicial educators of the Commonwealth. This year, the training programme was held from 4th to 23rd June.
