The Judicial Education Institute (JEI) of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court will be hosting its Annual Judicial Conference and Magistrates’ Conference
As a result of a three-day training workshop in St. Lucia, Eastern Caribbean judges and magistrates are able to better support international agreements
The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC) through its Judicial Education Institute (JEI), hosted its signature event the Annual Judicial Conference for Judges and Masters at Le Sport, the Body Holiday from July 27 – 28, 2017.
The CJEI Intensive study Programme is a three-week training programme for judicial educators of the Commonwealth. This year, the training programme was held from 4th to 23rd June.
The University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus, in conjunction with The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Judicial Education Institute (JEI) have partnered in providing continued 5–day mediation training workshops in the OECS states and territories.
The JEI hosted a comprehensive Orientation Programme for newly appointed Judicial Officers in Saint Lucia from 20th to 24th February2017, at the Coco Palm Resort. Over 13 newly appointed judicial officers were trained.
The National Centre for State Courts (NCSC) in collaboration with the Judicial Education Institute (JEI) hosted a training workshop for Magistrates of the OECS.
On Saturday, 17th September 2016, the joint venture of the Judicial Education Institute (JEI) and the OECS Bar Association was held in Saint Lucia at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa.
