Third Quarter: July To September 2016

The following tables highlight data on the Court of Appeal for the third quarter (July to September) 2016. It should be noted that the Court of Appeal has no sittings in August hence the figures for this quarter are generally lower than for other quarters of the same year. There were no video/teleconferences held during the period. 4 full court sittings were held during which 115 matters were heard out of the 125 matters listed for hearing. Additionally there was 1 Chamber Hearing held where 30 matters were heard out of the 43 matters listed for hearing.
