The following tables highlight data on the Court of Appeal for the third quarter (July to September) 2015. It should be noted that the Court of Appeal has no sittings in August hence the figures for this quarter are generally lower than for other quarters of the same year. Table 1 gives information on the activities of the Court of Appeal for the said period: There were 2 video/teleconferences held during which the 2 listed matters were both heard. 4 full court sittings were held during which 111 matters were heard out of the 127 matters listed for hearing. Additionally there were 3 Chamber Hearings held where 69 matters were heard out of the 82 matters listed for hearing.
