Pursuant to Rule 5[1] of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1968 the Hon. Hugh A. Rawlins, Chief Justice, has directed that the Court of Appeal sitting in Anguilla scheduled for 22nd to 26th February, 2010 will now be held in Saint Lucia on Tuesday, 23rd February, 2010 for the hearing of the matter from Anguilla.
