However it was felt that changes and improvements to the website were necessary, not only to broaden our areas of coverage, but also to have a more organized look and feel, thus, hopefully, rendering the site more useful and interesting to existing and potential users. It is our hope that the changes which we are making to the website, and its continuing development, will fulfill the Court’s objective of making its work more accessible to the public and will better enable us to continue to keep you up to date on the happenings of the Court. Without these periodic changes in style, presentation and content, a website, as indeed any information medium, will cease to perform its core function, that of disseminating timely and relevant information. We anticipate that this website will prove a valuable source of information for the public at large, while enhancing the overall mission of the Court system; and that visitors will find the information here both useful and current at all times. Comments and suggestions, that would further contribute to fulfilling the purpose for which the website was created, are welcome.
