THE
REGISTRY
The Registry of the Court of Appeal is located at the Headquarters of
the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in Castries, Saint Lucia. The Registry,
which is headed by the Chief Registrar is the hub of the appellate process.
It provides administrative, legal and research support to the Court
of Appeal.
The High Courts of Justice in the nine Member States receive similar
support from the Registries attached to them.
In accordance with the Court of Appeal Rules 1968 and the Eastern Caribbean
Supreme Court Civil Procedure Rules 2000 [CPR 2000], the Registry receives
and processes all documents and information relating to any appeals
filed in the sub-registries in the nine Member States.
